Inbound and outbound calling capabilities.

Analytics dashboard and reports.
Dedicated phone number.

3. Registration and Account

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Ensuring your account information is up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to:

Use the service to make spam or harassment calls.
Impersonate persons or entities.
Transmit illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
Attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

5. Fees and Payments

Payment terms:

Payments are made monthly in advance.
Prices do not include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice.
Non-payment may result in service suspension.
No refunds are made for partial usage periods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are the exclusive property of Voxelu and are protected by copyright.

7. Data and Recordings

Regarding data:

You retain ownership of your data and content.
You grant us a license to process your data as necessary.
Call recordings are stored for 90 days.
You are responsible for complying with call recording laws.

8. Service Level (SLA)

We commit to maintaining 99.9% monthly service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Voxelu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account for:

Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to pay applicable fees.
Conduct detrimental to other users or to us.

11. Applicable Law

These terms will be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.
